I absolutely don’t see why there are so many bad reviews none of this stuff happens I had my child there for 2 years now!! Ms Cassandra is the best she works things out never rude I also love her daughter Jabrea she is the best my child knows her alphabet numbers colors shapes even her 5 senses I am beyond happy with this child care!!
Awful they don’t pay attention to the kids crying in the hallway all the time staff outside smoking cigarettes her grandkids don’t listen and they run the daycare and do no wrong IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 stars I would was only there 3mons and it’s DIRTY.
I've been bringing my child here for over the past 8 months best daycare ever he is now turning 2 he is already putty trained thanks to the staff there he also learned his colors and alphabet I really love MS Cassandra and her daughter they are the best there
i wish i can give no stars this is th worst childcare in essex md the have bugs i saw a mouse on my tour the kids didnt seem so happy or the staff i refuse to bring my children their.
This daycare trash she talk to parents rude she talk to her staff rude her mom smoke in front of the building they don’t teach kids I will not send my kids here.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Cassandra the owner is extremely ghetto and unprofessional. She says she do it to help people but she is just trying to get over on people. Talk so much b.s. that she cant keep up with what she says. Does not honor her word at all. My kids did not like going there at all.She is never there off spending parents hard earned money. She suppose to be helping the community but in fact shes not and it's not fair. It's not right.

This daycare could improve by not neglecting people's kids and completely forgetting about them. i.e leaving my child at school, when school let out a 3:50 and my child was not picked up until about 4:15/4:20. Not to mention I had to call Cassandra's phone 5 times to get in touch with someone to find out why my daughter has not been picked up yet. All Cassandra could say was "oh we so sorry, I'm so so sorry, I apologize" and told her pick up person you forgot her daughter hurry up and go get her. And at that I had to tell her what her teacher name was, her grade level and the time she gets out, including the name of the school. When I'm quite sure that's why I filled out the paper work. Negligence is not a mistake. There is no direct number to the day care, the only number that is available is Cassandra's cell phone number.unnacceptable. she don't know how to talk to people, very unprofessional, rude and ignorant. MY DAUGHTER ONLY WENT TO DAY CARE FOR 4 Days. The 4th day I did arrive 8 mins late and was given a sheet of paper stating I had to pay $25 dollars for being 8 mins late. I expressed to Cassandra's daughter and the guy that was present at the facility that I was not paying nothing. My 8 mins was such an inconvenience to y'all, but all y'all could do when y'all neglected my daughter was say oh we sorry. After contacting Cassandra she told me I couldnt mix situations. First off the day my kids started being in the care of y'all company my oldest was neglected, me being easy on her cause it's a Monday/ first day I didn't lose my muffin top like I really wanted to. I didn't penalize yoU. I could have taken my kids out the same day and demanded my money back. I gave this day care a chance. Your dealing with other peoples children. I can just imagine how others besides myself have been spoken to and mistreated. Business is business, your supposed to be a business woman. Then I advise this day care owner/ provider to be about her business and look into taking conflict management classes so she can know how to better deal with people and different/unexpected and expected situations. This was my first time putting my kids in daycare due to everything that has been happening in daycare facilities. I expected a much better experience. And this has been by far the worst experience ever. Is all her employees even certified by the state? Why is Cassandra never present? Licenses need to be REVOKED. Facilities need to be SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY.And once again NEGLIGENCE IS NOT A MISTAKE.
CASSANDRA WGO IS THE OWNER, IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT EVERY THING. SHE NEGLECTED MY SON AND HE ALMOST WENT MISSING. I PAID HER 50.00 TO FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP FROM SCHOOL AND SHE LEFT MY SON IN SCHOOL. THE SCHOOL COULDNT FIND MY CHILD AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALM THE SITUATION SHE STARTED CURSING ME OUT AND HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED THE POLICE ON HER TWICE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID(S) TO THIS LADY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD SAFETY. DO NOT DEPEND ON HER OR LISTEN TO ANYTHING SHE SAYS. SHE LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING AND SHE CURSES AROUND THE KIDS. JUST IMAGINE BEING A MOTHER AND KNOWING HOW YOUR WENT MISSING ALL BECAUSE OF AN IRRESPONSIBLE WOMAN LIKE HER. PLEASE IF YOU DECIDES TO TAKE YOUR CHILD(ren) TO THIS IRRSPONSIBILE LADY, DO A POP UP ON THEM AND RECORD EVERY COMMUNICATION WITH THEM.
Owner was very rude duringa phone inquiry about times of her operation. I would not recommend this place to NO ONE!!!
If I could rate zero stars,I would this center is a mess and so unprofessional. Doesn’t open or close the right time doesn’t have license for kids under 2 . Takes kids to her home and make parents pay 30 transportation just to get them back from there house .worst daycare ever ms tameka from peas in pod or giggle box is great.but this need to be shut down in fact I’m contacting the state that’s how horriable it is
This center this center is a mess so unprofessional understaffed doesn’t open the rightime
This place needs to be s*** down it’s dual it smell like pampers walking in the door. And I ask to the director all the time she never their I didn’t want to talk to nobody but her. She needs to go to do social classes and learn to be a better business owner
My Son attended this center for a few days. He fell there off a chair and bumped his head. He had a bruise on his right eye. The employees failed to report the fall to myself, (the baby mother) and the father. I didn't find out about the fall until i came to pick him up on fri and his older siblings told me. So my baby was not supervised. His father did not know about the accident until the day I took him to the hospital which was 2 days later. My son is fine but this daycare is careless and irresponsible.
Very unprofessional, not very dependable, this center needs lots of adjustments.. child to teacher ratio is always off .. it’ll be 1 teacher to many children of all age groups ..
