The staff member did not report this to CPS prior to leaving the building for her shift nor did she chose to call either CPS, the owner or director over the weekend nor on the Monday and Tuesday that she was on vacation. This time lapse allowed AW to work with children on that Monday and Tuesday. All staff was retrained on mandated reporting to CPS and local authorities. Noncompliance marked as corrected.
