On the vehicle used to transport children was ZEP disinfectant wipes and Lysol wipes located on the floor of the bus.

In Space #1, a container of Zep disinfectant wipes was located under the director’s desk and accessible to children. The items contained warnings for eye irritation and were not in locked storage.

Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. In Space #1, behind the director’s desk, an outlet was uncovered on a power strip. An outlet was uncovered on the wall in the housekeeping area.
