I must say that I know about the school previously and I know about it now with the new director and staff. I am very excited to see all the new changes that have been taking place and I know that it is turning around for the better. I see all of the staff and management working very hard and that they are interested in the children and in us, the parents. I feel very comfortable now going to the director and being able to express my concerns and she addresses them quickly and to my satifaction. I feel very comfortable in leaving my child there and know they are being taken care of and loved. I appreciate this company quickness in fixing everything and making it a great place to have children.
My child attended this center and I removed him because of the way the the center was being ran.My child would pitch a fit in the mornings not wanting to go to daycare and kept telling me how the Teachers would threaten him. They would tell him that he would not get lunch, snack etc. if he did anything wrong..Its against the law to with hold food from any child, adult or even an animal.
I even sent cupcakes for my childs birthday one day and my child told me that the Teachers all got one before my child or the rest of the children, and by the time the Teachers gave them out to the kids, they were short 2 cupcakes, because the Teachers ate them.I even tried on a couple of occasions to talk with the assistant director and she was totally clueless and told me to wait and talk to the director.Well what is she doing in that position if she cant even help me out with a cupcake issue?
Other things I noticed while being in and out of this center where how the Teachers did not pay attention to the children, they stayed on cell phones texting. The assistant director was never helpful with anything.I have talked to several other parents about this center and they also agree about it.Its a bed center,do not enroll your child.
