Cheerful Heart Child Care is a blessing for my child and my family. Not only have they welcomed us with open arms and much laughter in tow, the love, attention, educational experiences, social exposure, delicious homemade food (sampled much and wished I was a kiddo at the daycare!) and its safe environment has superseded all my expectations for my child's well being. The ease I carry as I work through the work day knowing my child is cared for brings a smile to my face, especially through the pictures Cheerful Heart Child Care sends regularly. My child is in a loving home with wonderful companions and caretakers, we are very fortunate.
I highly recommend Cheerful Heart Child Care for your childcare needs. Mrs. Chandi has provided excellent childcare service for my son.She is very professional and reliable with very reasonable prices. I have been very pleased and highly recommend.
We sign a contract for our 9 month son part time (two days a week) at Cheerful Heart Childcare. After a week our son started going to the day care, we found out that our son is allergy to cow milk and doctor order him Epipen to be injected if allergy reaction occur. The daycare provider was told and she agreed to give the Epipen and she gave us a M.S.D.O.E.O.O.C.C. Medication Administration Authorization form and the form was filled by my son's Pediatrician and returned to the provider. On the same exact day the form was returned to her, she asked me (mom) by any chance if we can bring our son full time then I(mom) told her we could not then she said they are losing $600.00 dollars and smile. On the same day around 7:00pm her husband called and he said "she is not qualified to give the emergency medication and he said she is taking care of your child only till the end of this month". Then I(mom) also talk with her(provider)over the phone and she said "I am scared and etc. to give the emergency medication" that was on 08/22/2013. What I(mom) did not get is if she was really scared to give the emergency medication why did she give me the form? Also why she asked me if I can bring my son full time to her day care? To me they are not trust worthy and I do not recommend this daycare to other parents.
