| Findings: During the inspection, the cabinet under the kitchen sink was unsecured and contains cleaning agents that are potentially harmful. During the inspection, Magnesium tablets were found in a drawer in the bathroom that the children use. These were also unsecured. The container says "keep out of the reach of children". When this was brought to the attention of the Provider, she immediately corrected the Magnesium tablets.
