I have been taking my child to Casa Castillo for almost 2 years. Most of the teachers at the Terra location in Bentonville are great, but there are a few that aren’t so much… I’ve been told of instances where teachers have gotten in the face of children and yelled at them, screamed, dragged them by their arms and even pinched and hurt some of the children. I have also picked up my child from school with full, leaky diapers, poopy diapers that result in blistering diaper rashes and a lot of the teachers there seem to stressed and overworked. Management doesn’t seem to care much about the concerns you bring up and the weight and stress is all on the teachers. Again, most of the teachers I have come across are great. But the ones that aren’t, REALLY aren’t…. Management really needs to be scrapped.
I drive by there everyday on my way home from work and yesterday, i drove by at 3:40, it was 50 degrees out and there was at least one child out there barefoot, no coat. Then one of the caretakers came out with a child, no more than 2 yrs old and there was a gate right there and he put the baby over the fence, holding the baby by one arm and put him on the ground...Really not impressed...
