My two children went here and were in the school age classroom. After they have found out that their favorite teacher wasn't there anymore they have told me that they don't want to attend there anymore because the owner lets the children run wild, disrespectful to the employees and parents, also lies to the children and talks badly about other there. This isn't a safe environment for children or for employees to work at.
My two children have attended this daycare a few weeks after it opened and they still attend. If I could give Butterflies and Bullfrogs a 10 star rating I would. Everyone is like a family there and they show nothing but love for all of the children. The owner goes out of her way to make sure that no child is left behind. The teachers there are wonderful as well. They do a lot with the children to help them learn and grow each and every day. My children cry when I pick them up because they do not want to leave. I never have to worry about my children and if they are safe while they are under their care. I would highly recommend using Butterflies and Bullfrogs Daycare Center. So glad that I found them and can call them my children’s home away from home.
If I could give this place negative stars I would! Worst run daycare ever! Staff is not trained to handle special needs children and it shows! Staff is not properly trained, period! My children use to go here until the owner lied to me about my son’s behavior! Everyone in that place does nothing but lie!
Very unorganized daycare, have no control over their kids
I called them to inquire about openings and not only was they bluntly rude, but I asked them did they have a wait list they was rude, then when i asked if they do before and after care they said no very rude and I then asked them would they have any openings in the near future and if so what is there tuition rate and she just rudely stated we don't have any openings and that's it. Not only will i never call them again it sucks there 5 minutes from where my new home and doesn't even have good customer service skills. Great first impression!!!
