I called them back and I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said oh no you have to talk to me. She said we can’t bleach carpet! Then she said the children are quiet, at naptime! She seems to have a really smart mouth and she doesn’t care about even watching the kids in the background I can see that too. And they don’t even have any management there.
