| Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Initial Compliance inspection, conducted on 7/23/2026, subject to change pending programmatic review. The plan of correction is due within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. NOTE: The license will be issued upon confirmed corrections of all deficiencies. Nine staff files were reviewed, and nine of the nine fingerprint clearance cards were verified as valid via the DPS website. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Designated exits must be unlocked and unobstructed during the hours of operation. *The facility must be maintained free from hazards. *Playground equipment must be maintained in a clean condition. *Fire exit routes, allergy postings, and emergency plans must be posted in each indoor activity area. *Infant feeding instructions must be maintained in a posted position in the kitchen. *Children's immunization records must be current. *Staff files must be maintained and include current reference contact dates, and a 10-day training completed within 10 days of employment. | |||
