In response to the one negative review that is listed here for us. I can tell you that Stephanie's child was given dairy products the first two days she was here. Unfortunately the medical paperwork for her daughter was not filled out correctly. We can not stress enough that this paperwork be filled out accurately. As far as one of us shopping as she states. This is correct, Maryland regulations for day care provides states that one provider is needed for 8 children as long as you don't have 2 under the age of 2. We needed MILK for the children and it was during nap time. I did the correct thing by calling in an approved substitute in the event of an emergency. Due to privacy reasons Ms. Stephanie should not have posted that a child had a siezeur. Unfortunately in the world of owning your own business you will not see eye to eye with everyone. This is more of a custody issue between mom and dad and less about the day care. I can also tell you that after Ms. Stephane advised me to not feed her dairy it was stopped immediately and a couple of days later we got the needed medical forms from the doctors office. To this day her daughter is still at our facility on the days that her daddy has her. So please don't base our care from one negative review. Providers are incredibly unprofessional, inappropriate and negligent for many different reasons. When I brought up a couple of my concerns, I was actually yelled at by the main provider, Betsy. I specifically told them my child was dairy free, listing no milk on my daughters forms, and of course the first 2 days they feed her dairy, so my daughter broke out in a rash. Don't be fooled by them saying they have 2 providers there to watch the 8 kids. When a baby had a seizure during their nap, the one provider was out shopping!!! So, the subtitute had to be called in so Betsy could go to the hospital with the baby. this is just a few bad things I've experienced in the 4 weeks I used their services.
