The owner Nicole is very disrespectful & rude . She had under aged kids working for her . Also people who were not licensed . they would leave the babies soiled . Food portions were very small . Staff wasn't washing hands . Hours of operation were not accurate
Agree with the previous reviewer, the hours advertised are not the actual hours that they are open. I used Bradley's Children's Academy for a couple of months because I was in a bind to find childcare for my boys. They did accept my boys quickly and it was a convenient location for me. With that said, this daycare center is large and in decent condition. For the downfalls, they have one worker to every I would say 7-10 kids at a time. That is not enough staff and I felt like my boys were let down big time with virtual school. The staff there did not have a regular schedule with activities to do with the children. My boys would stay on their computers after virtual school was done. They hardly ever went outside. Virtual school at this center was also very difficult. The younger and older kids were always all together and my boys had difficulty hearing and concentrating on their school work/teacher. There were other rooms available where they could have done their school work in the quiet, but the staff did not allow that for some reason. My boys also told me that many staff there were mean to the kids, calling them names and cussing. They said this almost every day. I would not recommend sending your children here. They do the bare minimums and I believe they do not really care about the children or their needs that attend. Very sad and disappointing.
The daycare center was never open as the set hours they are supposed to be open . The owner Nicole is really rude . Nicole do not care about anything expect receiving childcare payments. Also my children did not receive hot meals!
