Description: BLC's goal is to enhance and encourage the future leaders of our community by teaching them that there is no limit to their dreams regardless of the racial background or economic status. Instilling the importance of learning at an early age will develop values and knowledge that follow the students of BLC thoughout their lives, encouragingthem to reach for the stars. Programs will be offered that will allow parents to become a part of the learning experiance through intergenerational activities.
