Description:
Childcare is an optional childcare service designed especially for the children of Henderson County Public Schools and their working parents. HCPS Childcare offers PSAM and PSPM in all 13 elementary schools. The programs operate on a self-sufficient basis. Fees are kept as low as possible to provide the necessary revenue to pay staff salaries and purchase supplies. Eligible students are Henderson County Public School students K-6th grade. The after school program is available to middle school students in the 6th grade. These students will be transported by school bus to the participating sites, which will need to be arranged through the after school director and principal of the middle school.

This is an amazing program! I can not say enough good things! Highly educated teachers, child centered focus, low ratios, and small group sizes make this program and excellent place for children!
While I have not enrolled my child in this school, I was very pleased with the courteous service I received over the phone! Isabella (or Isabelle, I don't remember which) was very polite and helpful in giving me information about how child care schools are rated, as well as a number to call to get a list of available vacancies in the Fletcher area. If everyone could be as polite as her, this world would be a much better place. : ) I know that if I ever could enroll my child at this school, she would be in good hands.
This is the most WONDERFUL place for children! My older child graduated last year and this year EXCELLED in kindergarten. It was all because of the care offered at Bell's School. Teacher/child ratios are low, the atmosphere relaxed, just a great place for children to grow and learn. My oldest child was so happy here and my youngest is loving it too!!!
