I used Lynn’s for a year for my two kids ages 4 and 6 until she started using them as scapegoats to kick them out. She only came to me on July 29th to alert me of behaviors she couldn’t correct that had been going on there for weeks. Stated she didn’t want to come to parents about every little thing but things had started getting worse as of recent so she needed to speak up. I offered to find and offer solutions and talk to my kids. I bought activities for them to bring. The next time I brought my kids in she proceeded to ask my kids again about their behavior and said she’d reiterate rules to everyone. She had also texted me multiple times about the same issue and wanted to know why my child or children were doing things. I could only repeat the same solutions and ideas so many times. I gave her an out bc she was getting another baby and she was stressed, that if she wanted me to find alternate care to do so. She then said she hired someone for older kids because someone needed to keep an eye on them, especially my oldest. Still pressing the issues. My kids were then out for the beginning of the following week, she then complained she still had to pay her new employee that didn’t have to come and work. And then my children had one last day before she finally decided the day after on Aug 8, to tell me that she had never had kids like mine that she couldn’t take care of and it was good I had my retired mother who could take care of them. I told her I was appalled by her unprofessionalism and the way she went about things, expecting a complete change in my kids in less than two weeks then they weren’t even there and she didn’t even implement any new methodologies. I don’t believe she could handle the load, or had enough for the older kids to do, nor was willing to learn new methods of teaching or redirecting when kids wouldn’t listen. She denied this. I told her I’d be writing her a review and spreading the word everywhere I could, and her response was, good luck finding care for your kid.
