I have two children who have been in Heathers program for over three years and I cannot say enough good things about her and the staff. Heather and Ashley are very easy to communicate with and my children are always happy to go into the home which makes my days so much easier. I also use Ashley as a weekend and vacation sitter/nanny and we absolutely adore her! My children come home with a weekly folder filled with crafts and preschool work they have done along with behavioral charts so we can work together at home and daycare to keep the same rules flowing. They have always gone the extra step with holiday parties and making sure my kiddos feel welcomed, they even get my kiddos into sports and dance attire to help with evening pick up which is a savior in itself if your a busy mom like myself. I see the reviews below and I actually question if someone posted these under the wrong daycare as there was one in Syracuse that was closed down under the same Daycare name because Heather and her staff are absolutely not on drugs and I am not an easy person to gain trust of my little ones and I have known them for years. They are a very kind military family with three three kiddos of their own who travel all over for sports and they also sponsor a softball team within the school district she lives in.
She told me she would take the kids and was confirmed a month ahead of time and 2 days ahead of time. I drove 20 mins there with 4 kids get them all out just to find out she can’t take them and no reason at all. Very unprofessional doesn’t contact said she did but I didn’t receive anything. I also used her a summer ago and she left my 2 year old screaming and would send me videos and say she doesn’t know what’s wrong with him
I would NEVER trust my children here! The owner Heather is a drug addict. She has a really bad coke problem. I feel so bad for all those that are fooled by her!
Our family had a terrible experience with Heather and her daycare. It started off great. However after about 3 months everything changed. We were constantly asked to pick up our son early, or we were told "He is sick and needs to leave" only to get him to the doctors or home to find out he is perfectly fine. After expressing our concern with this we were treated terribly. Heather is unprofessional, detached and, rude. We choose to remove our child from her care, and her actions became nasty and vindictive. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone.
Had the worst experience with Heather and her daycare service. My son went part time and she cut him one week, asked me to bring him in late the next week, and sent him home for spitting up the following week. (All while depositing our checks). I expressed that I was upset with all of these things happening week after week and got no response from her. The next day my son was at daycare she sent me a text message saying "nothing personal but we have to cut all of our part time kids." She seems extremely detached from all of the children in her home. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. She is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unreliable.
