I have used this provider for less than 6 months
my son was barely 1 at the time. He was the happiest kid ever, never ever cried unless hungry, all through infancy. After a few days here, he'd scream in terror and cling to us when we'd approach the house. The last day he'd ever be sent back, he was up the ENTIRE night screaming, terrified, panicked. Not one second of sleep. I discovered fingerprint bruises on his back. My 3 year old told me what happened...that she had held him down face down in the crib for a long time bc he was crying and couldn't sleep. She also slapped him when he accidentally dropped a piece a food off of his tray. He was an infant. When questioning her, she said "well we have rules here. He needs to obey them." they also always came home filthy and exhausted.

Awful experience. My child cried and was exhausted every time she came home. The provider relies on her assistant to do all the work.
