I would rate 0 if I could. I don't know where to begin other than that she would benefit the children and herself if she were more sufficient at providing adequate care. She really should try to help the kids more witb their academics in school instead of having them babysit the younger children.
I would give this 0 stars if possible. She has a helper who is there but is not consistently showing up. Her husband is retired and does pitch in and he is very nice. He helps mostly with the babies naps, feeding, etc. We were there for about two months when a man started showing up unannounced daily. We asked who he was and why he was there. We were told he didn't work, have a liscnence so he came with the helper. Turns out he was her boyfriend. He seemed nice but we asked for a background check. She refused and called us racist for it. We got his personal information from her and I strated looking in county records online. I found drug related charges, assault, domestic violence in Dupage County. I stopped looking and picked up my kids. I asked to have him removed and again was told I was racist. Needless to say we pulled the kids out. She was incredibly cheap compared to the other day cares we looked at and we let that cloud our vision. My son would constantly come home with his pants wet from pee and we thought it was just him adjusting. Since he has moved to a different daycare he rarely has accidents. So many other things to write but I would never put a child here.
