Description: Aylissa Faber is a Listed Family Home in SAN ANTONIO TX, with a maximum capacity of 3 children. The provider does not participate in a subsidized child care program.
I gave her 2 because she didn't gave me at least a week notice that she can't take care of my 4th month old son anymore. She said he has been fussy and she doesn't know what to do with my son. As a provider, you should be ready for whatever situation you will go through especially babies. I guess having 2 babies with close age gap (5 months and 4 months) made her overwhelmed. As a provider, you should not tell parents that you don't know what to do anymore since they are paying you to care for their kids. She might be good with toddlers but I don't recommend taking your 3-12 months old baby with her.
