Description: We provide early education, child development, and intervention services to low-income children and their families in Carroll County. Our two centers, located in Westminster and Taneytown, prepare children three to five years of age for kindergarten and offer support services to their families. We are proud of our families, and respect the strengths and uniqueness of each of them.
