The water fountain is not visible from the outside where two staff members were sitting on the outside steps with their backs turned to the doors. On another occasion, LS was in the cafeteria alone. A child came into the cafeteria, walked out into the hallway, and then back in again by himself. When asked who he was with, he named a staff member.
