A Plan of Corrections is not needed at this time. The following was discussed, but is not limited to: *Ensure outdoor hazards are inaccessible, *Ratios and supervision, *Fall zones, *Fire drills, *Child admission and release requirements, *Medication requirements, *Mandated reporting, *Diaper changing table size, *Documentation of injuries and illnesses, *Staff attendance. There were 2 staff files reviewed. 2 of the 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. | |||
