Findings: Based on the Surveyors' observations, the certificate holder did not ensure that the health, safety, and welfare of enrolled children was not placed at risk of harm when they placed a Masterbuilt smoker connected to a propane tank that was actively smoking food in the backyard. Surveyor #1 observed smoke coming out of the smoker upon arrival into the backyard area. The smoker was located on rocks near the northwest area of the backyard accessible to enrolled children. |
