A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. Today I observed several hazards outside on the playground. There were two buckets with standing water. One of the buckets was broken with sharp edges. There is a hole dug under the mobile unit leaving an open for children to get entrapped as well as a place for animals to live under the mobile unit. These are a safety hazards.
