Hazardous cleaning supplies and other items that might be poisonous e.g. toxic plants, were not out of reach or in locked storage when children were in care. In the laundry area the storage cabinet was unlocked, stored in the cabinet was bleach, tide pods, Lysol cleaner, Raid, Fabuloso, Snuggle, All purpose cleaner, and glass cleaner. A fabreeze scent warmer was plugged into a outlet in the bathroom below five feet. On the van used to transport children there was a can of disinfectant spray on the floor near the center console.
