Terrible place! Don't go here. Janet the toddler teacher brings her dialed older daughter here which takes away from the paying parents' children. She stands around drinking coffee and not paying attention to the children. I had a nanny scream at my 2 year old for a few minutes while Janet stood around gabbing, and even then it took her 10 minutes to casually stroll over. By then the damage had been done and my 2 year old was traumatized. And even then. Janet did not even handle the situation. Janet says the has training, but has no real childhood development training at all. And they are very rude here. Stay away-there are much better places where the people are nicer. And, when I decided to leave because of everything that I have written above, Janet became very aggressive and said I could not get my money back. Of course, the owner did give me my money back and that was nice, but it just goes to show you how terrible these people are who you actually have to interface with.
