First I had a problem with one of the staff member's making a disrectful & sarcastic remark when I was entering the building with my 15 month old son & the staff lady said "Here comes that baby that cries all the time, waking up the other baby's" then I pick him up today to discover him screaming & yelling as she is putting his sandals on, so my first instinct is to examine my son's body for Welps or scratches & I did see a mark as if she had pinched him with the skin pulled back on his ankle,with snot running down his nose from crying quite some time, then I reach for my son to comfort him & let him know he is now safe with me, to see his diaper hanging off his right cheek as if easy access to pinch his butt cheek as well. Then she hands me a bag with his shorts in it that are totally soaked with pee & my son was there from 9am to 4pm so COMMEN SENSE will tell you that she didn't change my son's diaper the WHOLE entire time he was there, the way his shorts we're soaked with pee. Last but not least I ask to right a grievance letter on the staff member & the Director of the daycare Felica gives me a blank piece of printer paper NOT professionally typed with no header or anything PLUS they have NO camera's monitoring the classes!
