I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is an awesome facility! I find these people on here to be disgruntle. Ms. Tracey is a wonderful business owner. She helps everybody and believes in being fair. The teachers are wonderful and they really do care about the kids. The prek program is awesome! I enrolled because of the licensing reports. I will continue to keep my business there.

Both of my grandbabies are enrolled in Simply Smarts Learning Center. My grandson enrolled since he was 3mths (he is now fixing to be 4) and my granddaughter 1yr. I am proud to say that this learning center is by far the BEST! All employees are very attentive to all the children and always teaching them a new letter or number every week! During the summer they have special events planned out each day for the kids which I think is AWESOME! I could go on and on with how great this place is!!! GREAT LEARNING CENTER WITH AWESOME EMPLOYEES!!!! Thank you Simply Smarts Learning Center!!!

The owner doesn't adhere to their own policy regarding children that bite. There was complete inaction from her regarding the teacher that was incapable of keeping the offender from biting others while attending to a diaper change. Do not use this facility!!!

Well Ms. Lock and your daughter Kendra. I'm sorry you all feel the way you do. But I must say, I don't need your support dears as a black owner. I love how you all say Black Owned. I was in business before you came to my daycare for free on public assistance. Its always those you try to help. But I'm going to keep it professional because I am too blessed to entertain your foolishness. I'm happy that you found a place that you love. I'm am still being blessed with 157 children. Check my licensing report. I welcome you all back any day. Somehow those that result in doing the things you do, always seems to find their way back to my facility. I will keep you, your daughter, and the current daycare in prayer. Information always gets back to me. I must be doing something right. Bitter hearts never changes anything. Be blessed you too....

My grand daughter's experience was awful. I will start by saying the first time I went to pick up my grand daughter the Director clearly stated to me that she did not know me and asked who I came to pick up. I told her who my grand daughter was and offered to show her my ID, she replied, "no, it's just that I don't know you, do you know me?" I stated, "no, that's why I asked if you want to see my ID, she declined!!!! The daycare constantly stated they need diapers and wipes for my grand daughter but her behind was beet red after about 2 wks of being there. We would clear it up during weekend and she would end up red again. Clearly, they were not using the diapers and wipes on her. I also noticed that whenever I came to pick up my grand daughter she was never involved in any structured activities and the adults were always socializing. I took it upon myself to try to support a black owned business and so I called the owner, "Tracy". That was a waster of time, with everything I told her about what was going on and also that her Director allowed me to pick up my granddaughter without even verifying if I was on the list, her consistent answer to me was, "there are two sides to every story". I agree, however, my grand daughter cannot tell her side and apparently she has no allies there to tell it for her either but her red behind told us her story loud and clear. Also, when someone sues them over allowing a child to leave with the wrong individual that answer will NOT hold up in court. I don't care if you are a million dollar business, no business is perfect and could always use feedback from those who patronize them. She was a closed book and clearly only interested in the money. Typical of black owned businesses. If you love your child do not take them to this daycare, even after I told her how sick my grand daughter had been, an appropriate answer should have included a little empathy and at least state, "I hope she gets better". Since we are talking about children. I guess I expected too much and I clearly got very little. We have since changed Daycares and my grand daughter is a different child now and they really do change her diapers!!!!! NO RED BUTT!!! Oh, and did I mention they do not serve healthy menu's. If you do decide to enroll your child here I would recommend you drop in often and check on your child.

If there was a option for no star I would've clicked it! This facility is very poor quality. The staff are just completely obscene, "snatching up" the kids and treating them as if they're monkeys. I am trying my hardest to keep this as respectable as possible but it is so hard to. I used to work here and please ladies and gentlemen do not waste your time! The cook is dirty and the staff doesn't even watch the kids. I have witnessed employers falling asleep in the classrooms and on their phones when we are advised not to be and have more care about eating food than watching the kids. Yes there are two sides to a story and what not, but nowhere in that paragraph did she refutate any of the things that were said! She just added more confusion to the stories! Also, they are completely unprofessional! Employers come to work absolutely un groomed. Hair not combed, using vulgar language and very sloppy dressed. There is maybe one employer that came to mind that is professional. I seriously don't recommend this place it will be a waste of your money!

This is the owner of Simply Smarts Learning Center. Unfortunately, there is more to these stories and if you would like to know more, please contact the center. There is always two sides to every story. Its not about the money,I have a no REFUND registration fee policy and a camera system policy to protect the faces of the other children as most daycares have. If you know anything about running a business, then you will understand the protection policy. Licensing reviewed the tape for the story up top and she did not see the teacher do anything. But,all is welcome! Have a blessed and favored day!

I would like you all to be made aware of the danger that your child faces while being enrolled in this daycare. My son was the victim of physical abuse by one of the staff members here and your child could be as well. My son came home with his finger discolored, bruised and swollen. I then took my son to the ER were I was told his finger was severely sprung. I was told by other staff members, one who has been fired since this incident, that my 2 year olds teacher had bent his finger back until he was in tears, a method that she used on students when they misbehave. When I brought this tragedy to the owner, Tracey Phillips –Owens, attention she had no incident report on file and would not let me see the video of the incident. In a conference with the attacker and the owner, she proceeded to tell me three different stories about what happened to my sons’ finger. so pls don't leave your kids here because they will not be safe!!!

Do Not take your child here if you want to make sure that your child is kept safe. My son was only at this school for 3 days. They are unprofessional and too concerned with money to really care about the kids. My Son was bitten and scratched the 1st 3 days here, so much so that he had to be dragged into the school to attend. They are unorganized and do not have a concept of what it takes to be a quality school. Trying to support a community business did not work out so well for me, I have learned my lesson. No more cheap schools for my son only putting him in quality facilities.
