This facility and it's director are a complete joke. I called twice with emergencies concerning one of the employee's daughter being sick and the center director refused to allow me to speak with her. She was VERY rude to me on the phone. Also, there has been THREE head lice outbreaks from the facility in the past four months. I called the district manager and explained my grievances with this facility and the director. Nothing was done except for the wrong employee being terminated. This location and the entire company is a joke. Avoid all KinderCare facilities like the plague! I would not entrust the care of a barnyard animal to this company let alone a child.
