This Child care is still the same hasn't changed still Teacher change every month staff want stay!!! Please don't take your child here It's horrible....Director Margaret Mosley Sucks and don't care!
We put our child in TCA August of 2012 and took her out at the end February 2013. Within the couple months that she was there she had at least 6 to 7 different teachers in her class. My child is 3 years old and they need some consistancy. My child had several unexplained injuries and the director would always come up with some sort of excuse why an incident report was not completed. We finally figured out that it was a training issue becasue it was the same excuse as the employee did not know. When we first put our child in TCA the director seemed really friendly. After weeks my husband and I begun to notice a change, whenever we seen her she was always on the phone and was never really that social anymore. After giving notice that my child would be leaving she became very unprofessional. She called me with all sorts of drama and my child ended up starting her new school the next business day and she decided to refund us what we had already paid, which was completely fine with my husband and I and was best for our child as well. I am glad that my experience with TCA is over. It was cheaper that what I was previously paying, but I have learned cheaper is not better.
