The daycare is convient because it is in the school where my kids attend. But the problem is that the staff is very unprofessional and they call the children by the wrong names. The manager is a very unfair and hyprocit type of person that doesn't work very well with the parent. I have seen many parent run in and sing their children out because they don't even want to see this women at all. I have heard that the Manager there before her was a wonderful and pleasant and caring women that everybody loved. Since Miss Joann has taken over the kids are so miserable and they come home crying. The last thing I don't like is that they talk about the parent in front of the kids. Like I said they are very unprofessional. They need to change the manager and staff.
