I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If you want to worry about your child 24/7 then this is the right daycare for you. I’m beyond disappointed in this facility. My child started a little before turning one , everything was perfect staff was amazing but then everything change. when my child turned two I started noticing a little aggression brushed it off thinking he was going through his terrible twos. Then he got a black eye which story did not make any sense. I started noticing scratches here bruises there when I would ask no one had a answer. When asked if everything was okay every time it was yeah everything fine. Then he was getting a rash every other day I addressed it several time . The last time I was personally there he was screaming at the top of his lungs . Teacher was trying to clean him director noticed my face change and stepped in when asked when was the last time she changed him she said a few hrs ago and she pretended like everything was fine . There are some staff in this facility that are amazing but honestly the pictures say everything. how do you get to that point of having a rash that bad not once not twice but several times knowing my child always had ointment there. Bruises same thing I would check my child ask and no one knew anything it was always I’ll ask the teacher or director I don’t know anything. I have all the conversations. I did report them and the city did nothing . I filed police report they did nothing even though there is no many txt pictures and everything . Absolutely got a bitter taste of the daycare and there is so many other things I witness I could go on and on

This is the worst daycare facility that I have ever came across... the staff and there lack of knowledge on how to deal with toddlers concerned me the most.... The owner Ms Pat:.. has a very nasty attitude... and no professionalism... As a parent I saw things going on in there daycare facility and want to suggest how they could get better concerning my children and other children... And boy when I tell you these people have the IQ of 1 year olds... I had to remove my kid... Be careful with this daycare you guys...

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Like many parents, I searched for a daycare with convenient location, good hours and affordability and because of that I overlook many things because it is hard to find a good daycare in Houston! But enough was enough...the pencil stabbing on my child's back was the last straw! I asked why are children playing with pencils unsupervised? Directors response: "I am supervising-they were playing doctor giving each other pretend shots" She was so defensive when I asked, why didn't you intervene and take the pencils away to prevent my child's injury she said "No, I can't do that they need to learn to write!" Now these are 3 yr olds I was so disgusted by her lack of concern for my child's injury I took both my children's belongings and will never return.
