The facility doesn’t have enough staff members qualified to care for children. I personally have had one of my children assaulted by a staff member and it was swept under the rug for years. My youngest nephew has a behavioral disability and has attended the daycare since he was 3 months old. Recently, the owner texted my sister to tell her, her son is 3 now, that he can no longer attend without therapy. Little did she know, he had been receiving therapy at her daycare twice a month for over a week! She was so absent that she wasn’t even aware of this!
There no training and if there is an issue( non health related); they call you to come pick up your child; even if they have only been there for an hour that morning. It’s ridiculous and they should be shut down.
