I drive by every day and have seen the children playing around by the curb and two women seated on a bench. Talking between them. One little toddler was playing with the license plate of a car parked on the street. The women that supposed to be watching them, didn't even notice the little toddler.
Parents should be aware of these issues and be more aware in who's hands their children are..l had my dash camera on, l'm pretty sure l got this on video just in case these women claim that never happened
