I received a letter from the sister to the owner Tracy Everette Duncan who is not licensed for this daycare, terminating my child from this home daycare due to his autism. My child was not the only child who is in the spectrum. other parents were notified of my child’s condition without my consent. I often had to stop other children from eating hazardous items from the floor because the owner Cathy Williams stated she cannot see out of one eye. there are also a lot of people living in the home, upstairs and downstairs and I’d often see the owners brother kissing in the children. I would not recommend and I have proof of all statements and plan to file neglect. my child did not learn anything and she sat on the couch watching tv and on the phone most of the time.
