Very unprofessional staff and owner. The staff are on their phones and are not caring for the children.

I was just notified by a friend of a friend that someone at this daycare was exposed to Covid and no parents were notified. This is an absolute problem and all parents should be warned of it

Great experience, my child has been there for almost 5 years. Great mix of activities, teachers are down to earth. Open when other daycares are not.

We have been sending our children to RKK for 13 years! They are an extended family to us and our children have a wonderful relationship with the staff and other kids in the daycare. The staff work hard to accommodate children with special needs. The center accepts CCIS. The after school program is wonderful and offers homework assistance. The infant - Pre-K program is wonderful with teaching kids everything they need to know before going to school.

The kids have fun and they have fun field trips. The staff is nice as well.

Awful, just awful. I can’t belive some of the teachers downstairs. I come in and they are always on their phones or computers barely ever say anything to me. I also have a child upstairs and when I go up there everyone is so nice and thoughtful to the kids and other parents. If I could have both of my kids with the teachers upstairs I would without a doubt.

This place used to be great. But it has gone down hill fast! Most of the workers are great. Others are worthless and won’t do anything that won’t benefit themselves. Really wish it could have stayed a wonderful place.

My child has been going to RKK for years. I have never had any negative experiences. My child loves it. I will say that it's not the same place without Ms. Amy or Ms. Jane, but it's still a great place. I did like the Zion location better, but only because it was more convenient.

I would give them a zero if the rating scale allowed. HORRIBLE! They do not consider your child's mental or physical well being. The owner will lie to about your child being hurt and do NOTHING about it. The daycare is not a safe environment for any child.
