OWNER LEAVES CHILDREN IN HER CARE! EMPLOYEE DOES NOT HAVE CUSTODY OF HER OWN CHILD! OWNER ALLOWS EMPLOYEE TO LIVE IN HER HOME IN EXCHANGE FOR ROOM AND BOARD AND TO RUN THE DAYCARE. OWNER MADE A FAKE LEASE TO GET MONEY FROM GOVERNMENT! FRAUD! SAFETY RISK!
