Kindersteps Childcare is owned and operated by Julie Warehime who has an extensive background in the care and teaching of children. Julie has a degree in Professional Preschool Education. She has taught in preschools, a child care center and was also a nanny for 3 families for several years. Additionally, she homeschooled her four children for 8 years.

Her experience working with all ages of children from birth to age 18 for over 30 years gives her a unique set of skills and experience.

At Kindersteps Childcare we strive to have a fun, hands on learning environment with specific age appropriate activities for all children within our care. With Julie's background in Preschool Education she is passionate about helping children be ready for Kindergarten when the time comes. Our approach to learning is storybook & theme based as well as play & exploration based. We strive to make it a fun and engaging environment on a daily basis. We do not take a babysitting approach to childcare. Our childcare is an early childhood education environment the entire time the child is in our care. We are dedicated to creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere that allows children to develop at their own unique rate.

Kindersteps Childcare encourages developmental growth in the areas of intellectual, social, physical, and emotional skills through a wide assortment of group activities and individual play.

We are located off Mt. Saratoga which is located right on the border of Eagle Mountain & Saratoga Springs. We transport to Silverlake Elementary, Brookhaven Elementary, Pony Express Elementary, Hidden Hollow Elementary, Mountain Trails Elementary, Lake View Academy and may consider others with pre-approval
