Little Green Frog is chronically understaffed and poorly managed. The owner/operator is frequently away from the home. She leaves a proxy to run the place and this person is seldom able to respond to the constant flow of buses that sit out front, blowing their horns as they try to get someone to come and get the children off the buses. I can't imagine what the kids are up to while all this is going on.
