To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my grave concerns regarding the conduct of Rosa, the director and owner of Let the Children Come Day Care.

My grandson has reported incidents wherein Rosa allegedly engaged in physical cruelty, including spanking him and pulling his ear. Such conduct constitutes a breach of duty of care and raises serious concerns regarding the safety and well-being of children under her supervision. I am in possession of video evidence substantiating these allegations adding the clear footage of Rosa manhandling my 3 year old grandson.

Additionally, my grandson exhibits signs of emotional distress, evidenced by crying and reluctance at the prospect of attending the day care. This behavior is indicative of a hostile and unsafe environment.

This matter has caused significant emotional distress to my family. I urge other parents and guardians to exercise due diligence and caution when considering Let the Children Come Day Care for their child care needs.

Sincerely,
EBS

Respetuosamente,
EBS
