I scheduled a tour over the phone, The place looked really great, clean, Children's seemed happy and like they were having fun. the employee that did the tour was friendly, provided and answered all my questions. I thought that the information provided was accurate, so when I decided to take the next step, I called before I made the trip to ensure part time availability was still available, receptionist that answered said yes is still available. so I made a trip, with all my paperwork ready. When I get there its was close to 6pm, and they called the director of the facility, My perspective of the visit was that she was brushing me off. she started by asking the child age and DOB, abd she then jumped into she is not eligible for vpk until next year and kept going on that. I was there for the daycare spot available, when I informed her of the reason I was there she then said they were on a waitlist and had no availability at all. I states I was there not to long ago and that I had called that morning to confirm and the answer was it was still available. couldn't enrolled my child because they had no availability, The director was not friendly at all. I called the next morning to get an explanation and to speak to the tour personnel that provided the information at the beginning and she said that I probably misunderstood her and she said she "thought" she had a part time available when I went on a tour.. She thought? in my opinion the staff were not on the same page... both staff I spoke to gave me completely different info, I guess my point of all of this is that for a single hard working mom to leave two days early from work to try to enroll her child into this school and getting the wrong info I believe is just inconsiderate. they should all be on the same page. for this reason I will not recommend or even considerate taking my girls to this facility. Super disappointed.
