Avoid this daycare at all cost. They traumatized my toddler to the point he now suffers from extreme separation anxiety. I tried to work with them, gave them a two week notice, towards the end of the notice, Vanessa denied care. My kids were immediately unenrolled from their center and now they’re trying to apply over $3,000 to my account. Charging three months to remove my kids despite a notice being provided and care being denied.
Instead of assisting your upset child, they will have all the adults in the center stand and record your child upset and send it to you. Staff is not knowledgeable when it comes to caring for a child and because of that, they try to force you to get your child diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability regardless of medical documentation. Part of the decline in my trust in this facility is that Nicole threatened to discontinue care two-three weeks prior to me giving notice because she wanted me to get my child diagnosed. She was not happy when I came back with medical documentation to the contrary. Nicole tormented my son locking him in her office on several occasions. Nicole has personally attacked me for not giving her energy while being down right nasty and refusing to speak with her because of it. New “ownership” doesn’t own the facility yet and attempt to look for ways to over charge you or take advantage of state funding and assistance. Several thousands of dollars that I paid to them were “lost.” And magically discovered when I actually had the receipts.
The vehicles that they use to transport your babies don’t have insurance. Accidents with those vehicles happen and no reports of the accident or the vehicle not having insurance are given to the parents. You have to find out concerning safety information through other parents and public forums.
Several occasions my child has come home with unexplained markings. The staff don’t like working there and verbalize it constantly and consistently. Several original staff have left several parents have removed their children from their care.

Bottom line, avoid this location at all costs. It’s now ran and owned by the church next door. They’re in dire financial straits and cannot find employees because of toxic culture which forces them to have people “work” there that are not good with children

I do not recommend sending your child here, not even as a last resort. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable. The Director does not have the knowledge to run this center and is hard to get in touch with. I feel this center has great potential but needs new leadership. There's little to no structure, kids run wild and do whatever they want including using profanity and sexual language.

If I could give it 1 star I would. It was a great school we attended for 5 years BUT the new administration is unbelievable. They need a new administrator that addresses the parents concerns the first time when it comes to ensuring the safety of the students there. The current admin doesn’t do anything except fib to your face when you address issues such as assault occurring at the school. They need to bring the class back into this place. Unfortunately I saw the school go from 5star service to less than 1 star service in just 12 months. They need new administrators and they need to have a plan for sexual assault, physical battery, and bullying in their school. I can assure you as of Jan 2021 your child is not safe from other children touching their privates, hitting them, or spitting in their drinks. This school doesn’t maintain oversight of the morals and values they promise you when you enroll. I do not recommend this place until the owner has made productive changes
