Definitely would not bring kids there. My two children were there for 2 months and have never had so many Dr appointments in such a short period of time due to illness. Also I was constantly called to come pick up my children nearly every week for one thing or another. For example my 18 month old was crying too much, he hit another child with a block, he wouldn't nap when she wanted him to, anytime he threw up, all these were reasons he needed to be picked up. He then caught pink eye while there, and had a persistent diaper rash for almost a month. All illnesses were discussed with my pediatrician and I abided by their plan of care for each incident. I kept he daycare owner aware of all the information from the Dr visits. Most recently my 18 month old had thrown up and had diarrhea and needed to be picked up again. So again I called the Dr they did not recommend an in person visit, and did a phone consultation coming to the conclusion is probably a stomach bug and do xyz and can then back with follow up later in the week. I again told the daycare this, that same day the daycare women called my children's Dr office to ask if they had been seen and told them she did not want me to know she called, which is an attempt to violate hipaa laws. When they did not give her any information she then called cps stating the kids were neglected with ongoing diaper rash and I wasn't doing anything for their illnesses. I've since pulled them out of her care and in less than a week of being cared for at home the diaper rash is completely gone. On the days my infant didn't need to be picked up early he would always be sent home in a very full diaper and need to be changed immediately. So based on the fact that my kids made more Dr trips while in her care than they did in an entire year says something. And the rash that just wouldn't go away and then suddenly clears up once he stopped attending says even more.
