I have used this provider for less than 6 months

RACISM! UNSAFE! THEY ALLOW BULLYING HERE! DISCRIMINATION! When you advocate for your kid they label you with a name so that everytime you call or in the building they will over head page so the teacher will know you are coming my name was " CODE RED" they page CODE RED when I was approaching my son's classroom and they were laughing.

Their MISSION STATEMENT is " they don't see everything and they give it their best. My son was bully by another kid for one week I reported it they brush me off. My child called tge kid name and said he was hitting his head. No one did nothing. I feel like my child SAFETY was at stick here. They are never in the classroom with the kids, always at the front desk talking. They supervised the kids through the monitor. Terrible place. My experience was terrible. No ceo or vice president email or call me yet . This to say this is how the train their staff to treat " BLACK CHILDREN " differently.
My son was here for less than a week. 6 days. The director didn't even call to show an concern as to why I pull my son out. This is clearly why I felt tge are racist and made me and my son uncomfortable so we can leave .

About the Provider

We take great pride in the programs we teach here at Bright Eyes. We feel that learning takes place at all ages and that all children need to be challenged to reach their full learning potential. We strive to make learning fun and enjoyable as well as structured and stimulating. Our infant, toddler and two year old programs follow the Creative Curriculum. Our teachers are committed to making your child feel welcome and motivated to learn new things. Our teachers make their own lesson plans that are approved by the director to ensure that the teachings are appropriate per age group. The children follow the same daily routine each day to help the children understand repetition. The children in these classrooms will do circle time, story time, arts and crafts, sign language and so much more. Your probably thinking, all this with infants too? Yes, we feel that this helps the children with social and cognitive skills to be included in each activity. All children get to go outside on weather permitting days and when the weather is not so nice, our teachers plan activities to do indoors to keep the children motivated and active.
