About the Provider

Description: The CDC is a five-star licensed daycare center designed to reach the wide range of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of each child within the framework of a protective environment. We believe that kindergarten readiness begins at birth and continues until the first day of elementary school. Our program fosters this readiness by providing teacher-directed activities that help children develop critical thinking skills and the ability to function in a structured setting as well as by providing free choice activities, which encourage children to use creativity and imagination and to gain independence. There is also an emphasis on life skills such as character development, socialization, and self-help. Our teachers are committed to providing the best age-appropriate academic skills for the children in their care by using the High Reach Learning Curriculum, approved by the Division of Child Development.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

It breaks my heart to write this review but as an educator myself, I must warn others about using FPC CDC. From teachers smoking in their cars and on lunch breaks, to lack of hygiene when preparing food (not wearing gloves), I’m worried about our children. We have 3 and have since pulled our children after our eldest was left unsupervised more than once. We were also concerned about excessive screen time, the director’s lack of management over her staff, and overall disorganization. They’ve also been telling us they are a 5 star facility and plan to raise the tuition but the center was actually only given 4 stars.
