Kids Connection

I would not leave my kids here if it were free. The director who gave me the tour was very shady. The more she spoke the shadier it got I left disgusted and with a bad feeling. Be Careful!

I went a a month ago to find affordable care for my granddaughter who I now have custody of and was told my granddaughter could not attend because she was not quite old enough but yet my friends son who goes there says the director is doing her friend a favor by keeping her child there a few days a week that is even younger than mine. Seems rules only apply for some but not for all. How can a Director be so dishonest and discriminatory and claim to provide a Christian atmosphere and I would not take my granddaughter there when she reaches the right age after hearing how much dishonesty and unprofessionalism goes on. I would give it zero stars if I had the option for the unprofessionalism

Do not take your children here if you do not pay attention to your receipts. Mrs. Vicky has tried to getting us twice by saying we did not pay and we had receipts to prove the payments we made in person. I receive an invoice for the whole year stating we had a zero balance and Vicky was saying we still owe $75. I honestly believe she is pocketing the money and finding clients that don't keep up with receipts and telling them they owe money randomly. I spoke with the the Pastor Tucker and he act like he had no idea of how the payments are takening from clients. My fiancee went and spoke with one of the worker on 1/19/17 about how Vicky had treated us and the worker went back and told a lie and Vicky and Pastor Tucker kick my son out of kid connection program immediately. My fiancee just want justification of the situation and making sure it did not happen to any other parent by Vicky coming up with bogus charges to pocket the money from clients. We spoke with Pastor Tucker and he said has his employees back and what they were saying is the truth and never had this mistake in 16 years since Vicky has worked for the company. She gives this fake smile and making your think you is all for you but out to get your money if your do not watch your receipts and the books. I had paid two weeks in advance and she kicks us out the program and wanted to keep $75 of our $150 but I spoke up for us and she cut us a check for the whole amount we paid kid connection. I honestly feel Vicky did not want to have a conversation with my fiancee because he was african american and the sterotype of aggression. He just wanted clarification of the situation with the money he was paying bi-weekly. This company is not registered with the better business bureau and not a legit business.
