I was physically and emotionally abused here the entire time I was in her care as a child. I am now an adult with full blown ptsd. DO NOT send your children anywhere near this woman. She is manipulative and abusive. I hope she gets held accountable. She needs to be in prison.
Was treated overall poorly, but i did it for the kids. It seems like at one point this was really her passion, but now all it’s about is money and numbers. All the experienced staff are leaving cause day by day she’s getting worse and the people that just started are getting way to much responsibility for not even knowing these kids. Half the staff isn’t in the CBR, so they’re not even suppose to be alone with kids. By half I mean almost all. So child are left alone illegally with people who don’t have a background check. GET YOUR KID OUT!
Spanks the kids, abuses them emotionally, wont let you change a diaper as often as needed, yells at staff and kids as her way of communicating. Talks aggressively/ let’s her anger out on the kids but then acts fake and caring in front of parents.. don’t know how she’s still in business abusing kids.. knew that was not a good positive place from the second i met Susan. Selena and all other staff are good but Susan, to be honest needs to be shut down/ in jail.
Not a good place. Susan is a stressed, rude, uncaring women. She yells at staff/ talks to them how no employer should ever talk to employees. I’ve also had to witness her spank a kid trying to get them down for nap time the child was barley 2, i saw her smack a little boy on the head when she got frustrated he was 4. She is fake as it gets acts like she’s all loving in front of parents but she is not and should not be running a child care place anymore the kids are scared of her and all her employees end up quitting not because of kids but because of her. Think twice about sending your kid here, go to an actual facility.
Hi, My first kid started at Susan's when he was 6 months old and left when he was five. Susan has always been very helpful. She operates much like a family cooking big meals all the kids sit and eat like a family and read a book. Susan lets the kids be free there are no screens and the kids go on walks like every day. If you had a bad experience it's because you are not open to opinions that you don't like. No daycare is perfect but Susan's is one of the best. Thank you, Susan, and Dennis for being part of both my kid's lives and being like family to them they both love you and talk about you often.
They were overbearing in their suggestions about how we should raise our daughter. After she got a couple bad diaper rashes they dismissed us from their care and called dhs despite our ped assuring us that it was just a rash. They let kids run diaper free and on two occasions I saw feces on the floor.
Our kids have been with Susan for 2 years, and we love it and would not go anywhere else. In fact, because we have multiple children with her, we could probably pay almost the same for a nanny, but we choose to stay with Susan because the high quality of care, education, and socialization. This place is amazing; we are lucky to have such amazing child care for our kids.
I cannot even call this number as it goes either to fax line or gets disconnected right away.
