Not sure about the other reviews or if they were with the old director but we love this place.I have an infant and a 3 year old and both departments are great. It does take a while to get in. Long waitlists I guess. Friendly and loving staff. Director always is willing to help. The teachers go up and above to make my child feel loved and I can not believe what my 3 year has learned there and I love all the pictures they send home.
I would not recommend this facility. My son attended right before Covid. The staff were incredibly forceful. In my time there, I witnessed multiple occasions of gossip between the staff, yelling at the kids and in a demeaning way. I saw too many times where staff was talking down to the kids. In the infant room there was a newborn hysterically crying the entire time I was picking up my child in the room across from the infant room and the staff, one of which was the director just continued to chat and ignore the baby. I withdrew my child. I would never go back or recommend to anyone.
Online is described as a “warm and loving church” and I seriously can’t help but laugh. The lady who answered the phone is extremely rude and as a first time parent who had a simple question she talked to me like I was stupid. Didn’t feel the warmth and love and pretty sure they wouldn’t show my child much either. If you don’t have the patience please for everyone’s sake don’t work in childcare. I asked my question quite politely as well, horrible first impression come on Lodi- do better than this place. And Zion- hires people Who actually fit the welcoming environment you guys advertise.
