She refused to watch my child because of a milk intolerance. And still expected to be paid. If you are refusing to watch a child then you should not be paid. I have had just a poor experience hers. I missed work and now have to stay home the next two weeks because she still wants to be paid and there's nothing SCOE can do about it. Definitely don't send your baby here if they have an intolerance to formula.
The children are kept in the garage during the summer and winter with no insulation or central heating/ cooling. Often times my child would be covered head to toe in dirt from the unfinished backyard. Her staff are not all certified with some not even holding legal residence in the US. Have reported her licensing after removing my child permanently. Thankfully my child was older and could communicate the lack of care. Would not recommend.
