I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

My 3 y.o. and 1 y.o. nephews attended this in home daycare, I picked them up and she was extremely rude and did not speak friendly to me. She also scolded my 3 y.o. nephew for having me help him put his shoes on (he still struggles putting them on and I know this as I'm with him daily). I also experienced her screaming across her house at her husband as well as yelling at her dogs for charging me while barking (they seemed friendly but definitely startled me at first). I was very bothered and uncomfortable with the environment and would not want my own child attending. Thankfully my nephews no longer attend.

Owner response : Jacqueline Martinez, I am so sorry that you felt this way but honestly I don’t know who you are. I have never met you before and as for my dogs they are outside when the children are here and my husband works from 5:30 in the morning till 630 at night so therefore he is not here during the kids times. So your allegations are not correct and I don’t know where you came up with them from. I’m very sorry that you feel this way, but there was no reason for this review.
